You only need to purchase nuVa licenses for people who will be using a workspace and calls from your account.
If you are connecting with users from other companies who already have a nuVa account, you do NOT need to purchase an extra license for them.
A user without a nuVa license will NOT be able to use the workspace or connect to calls. Currently we do NOT provide guest access to calls to ensure high security for all calls.
After increasing the number of licenses via the billing section, you will be billed for the new number of licenses at the end of month.
All bills will be provided in GBP £, however our payment provider does provide currency convertion so you should be able to view the price in your local currency (although this may be at an extra fee).
Renewals are automatically completed monthly and can be paid by credit or debit card via our online portal.
Paying by invoice are currently only available to our Enterprise customers.
